1. Who we are

Kairosols IT Services Private Limited ("Kairosols", "we", "our", "us") is a company incorporated in India. Registered office: May Flower Heights, Opp. Noma Function Hall, Mallapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500 076, India. Email info@kairosols.com or call +91 1800 296 4499. We act as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and as the Data Controller under the GDPR where it applies.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request services or otherwise communicate with us.

3. What information we collect

To limit abuse of our contact form, we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address with your enquiry, not the address itself. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data or children's data. If we discover such data, we delete it.

4. Cookies

Our website does not set any cookies, for advertising, tracking or analytics, so we don't show a cookie banner. We count visits on our own server without cookies (see section 3): nothing is stored in your browser, nothing is sent to analytics companies, and the location lookup uses a database on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP). Visitors are counted once per day, without being followed from one day to the next. Our website security provider may use strictly necessary technical measures to protect the site against attacks.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Service providers who host and protect our website and email, under contract
Legal and professional advisers

Our website and contact form data are hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider in Singapore. Where data is transferred outside India or your country, we rely on contractual safeguards and only transfer to countries not restricted under applicable law.

7. Retention

Kairosols is responsible for all of the records below. Our Data Protection Officer (section 13) owns this schedule and checks it every quarter.

8. Security

Your information is encrypted in transit, protected by a web application firewall and kept outside the public part of our website, with access limited to the people who need it. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email info@kairosols.com and we'll respond promptly. If you're ever unhappy with our answer, tell us and we'll work to put it right. You also have the right to contact the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will remove it.

External websites linked from our site are not covered by this policy. Please read their privacy notices.

12. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here with a new date. For significant changes, we may also notify you directly.
